The Xsus Construction portal from TIW Group is a new web portal specifically built for construction clients of London Market Brokers.
Brokers use the Xsus Construction portal to allow clients to write construction business within the bounds of an open cover without the need to contact the Broker directly.
Xsus Construction improves client service, reduces the Broker’s cost of operation and reduces the opportunity for Errors & Omissions.
The perfect way to capture and validate data at source, Xsus Construction enables clients to:
- Submit Tenders (enquiries);
- Submit a new project falling within the parameters of an ‘Annual Open Cover’;
- Submit a new project falling outside an ‘Annual Open Cover’ (treated as a one-off project, a single Policy or Endorsement); and,
- Submit details of new claims relating to an existing or historical project.
Tenders
Clients submitting a tender or enquiry results in Xsus emailing the nominated Broker with the submitted details to review, accept or reject.
Projects
Xsus rates the clients’ projects automatically and in real time based on the data provided. When a client has entered all the required data Xsus emails the nominated Broker with details of the new record.
Configurable Rating
Xsus’s configurable rating engine analyses entered details and indicates immediately whether a project is within the scope of cover. If in cover Xsus gives immediate response to the client else refers the project to the nominated Broker to review.
Claims
Clients can enter and submit details of claims on existing or historical projects into Xsus. The Broker receives email notifications plus a detailed breakdown including any related documentation, a link is also provided to allow the Broker to enquire on claims the client creates.
Documents
Clients can attach as many documents to a Tender, Project or a Claim as needed.
Document Management Integration
Xsus Construction will integrate seamlessly with Document Management Systems such as TIW CS20, OpenText Content Server 20 and Microsoft SharePoint.
Workflow
Xsus can include simple or complex workflow to guide a client through a process and provide feedback to a client providing valuable information on the stage their cover or claim has reached.
