Xsus Coverholder portal

The Xsus Coverholder portal is the easy way for Brokers to give their remote broking offices, coverholders or clients the ability to create and send them new Submissions, quotes, new business or claims. Xsus portals improve data accuracy, speed up claims handling and improve client service.

New Submissions, Request for Quotes (Tenders)

Requests for new submissions / quotes result in an automatic notification to the nominated Broker. The Broker can then accept or reject the submission / quote as appropriate.

New Business

New business either falls within the parameters of an existing cover or can be treated as a one off risk.

When a client or remote broking office creates a Submission/Quote/Risk, Xsus’s configurable rating engine analyses the details and indicates immediately whether the risk is within the scope of cover. Xsus will automatically notify the Broker when a new risk record has been added.

Claims

New claims relating to a historical or live risk are easy to enter into Xsus. Xsus’s straightforward claim form captures all the data the Broker and Underwriter needs.

Xsus validates at source the entered data reducing the likelihood of errors and omissions. Xsus automatically notifies the Broker when a claim has been submitted with a claim reference for the Broker to process further.

Include Third Parties

Xsus also offers Brokers the flexibility to invite third parties, such as Loss Adjusters, to use Xsus. Third party will be able to view documents and data pertaining to a specific claim or claims. In this way third parties work on the same information as the client and Broker and will have that information available to them immediately.
